These terms describe how Boggled should be used and what needs to be finalized before launch.
Overview
Boggled is an educational app for learning about AI concepts, tools, workflows, and project ideas. It is not professional legal, medical, financial, security, or employment advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may use guest mode where available, but guest progress may remain device-local and may not be recoverable.
Subscriptions
Boggled may offer a Pro subscription through Apple in-app purchase. Before launch, this section must list final prices, billing period, trial terms if any, renewal behavior, cancellation instructions, and refund handling. Apple subscriptions can be managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Boggled to generate or support harmful, illegal, or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass subscription access controls.
- Do not upload or store information you are not allowed to share.
- Do not rely on app content as the only source for high-stakes decisions.
Educational Content
We work to keep lessons accurate and useful, but AI tools and policies change quickly. You should verify tool capabilities, pricing, privacy settings, and official documentation before making important decisions.
Termination and Deletion
You may stop using Boggled at any time. You may request deletion by contacting support@gotboggled.com. We may suspend access if the app is misused or if required by law.
