Privacy Policy

Boggled helps people learn AI concepts, tools, workflows, and projects. This policy explains the privacy model we intend to use before launch.

This policy reflects the current pre-launch product plan and should be reviewed again before App Store submission.

Information We Collect

Account information, such as email address, display name, and sign-in provider.
Learning activity, such as completed lessons, saved lessons, saved tools, glossary saves, notes, practice responses, project favorites, and ratings.
Subscription status, such as whether Pro is active and the related StoreKit entitlement status.
Basic diagnostics and analytics events, such as lesson starts, completions, paywall views, and feature usage.

Information We Avoid Collecting

We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information, payment card numbers, Apple account passwords, Supabase service keys, or unnecessary raw prompt content. Payment is handled through Apple where required.

How We Use Information

To save your learning progress and preferences.
To recommend lessons, tools, glossary terms, and projects.
To provide Pro access when a valid subscription is active.
To improve lesson quality, onboarding, retention, and app reliability.
To respond to support, deletion, or billing-related requests.

Sync and Storage

Guest learning data may remain on your device. Signed-in learning data may sync to our backend provider, currently planned with Supabase. We will not place secret server keys in the iOS app.

Third-Party Services

Boggled may use Apple services for Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases, Supabase for authentication and profile sync, and analytics or crash reporting services if added before launch. This policy should be updated with final providers before App Store submission.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion by contacting support@gotboggled.com. The app also includes a local data deletion control for clearing data from your device. Server-side deletion will be handled through the backend before launch.

Children

Boggled is not intended for children under 13. If this changes, this policy and app settings must be updated.
